Working principle
The crushed granules are fed by a quantitative conveyor, and the feeding amount is controlled by PID, falls from the central funnel to the center of the grinding disc, and the raw materials are thrown out by centrifugal force, and are crushed into fine powder by the roller group and the grinding disc gap controlled by hydraulic pressure. The ground fine powder rises with the air flow conveyed by the guide ring around the grinding disc, and when the fine powder rises through the guide ring, due to the change of speed, the coarse powder will fall into the grinding disc again due to stall and grind again with the pellets; the fine powder continues to enter the classification area with the air flow. The classification of the fine powder is carried out by a single-rotor or multi-rotor classifier (classifier installed in the upper part of the mill). In the classification area, the powder is subjected to centrifugal force, fluid resistance and gravity, and the powder larger than the beam collection point will be sent back to the central hopper of the mill and ground again with new materials. However, fine powder smaller than the particle size of the beam collection point will become fine powder products through the classification area along the fan airflow.
