Working principle
After the quantitative powder particles after preheating into the activation machine, at the same time will be heated to the set temperature of the modifier after precise metering into the activation machine, these particles in the activation machine and the activation agent after many times of high-speed mixing, mutual collision. Using the heat generated by the high-speed movement of the activation machine, each powder particle is fully coated and modified. The modified micropowder enters the rapid cooling system, so that the modifier quickly becomes a solid state, and the modified qualified finished product is sent to the finished product barrel through the negative pressure collection system of the rear section for direct packaging.
