Working principle
The feeding screw conveyer will feed the powder stored in the hopper into the air conveying pipe at a fixed flow rate. The powder is fully mixed with the main air flow before entering the classifier. The main air flow filled with powder particles first enters the scroll chamber at the bottom of the classifier, and the coarser powder particles are pre-classified by the interaction between the smooth vortex force of the main air flow in the scroll chamber and the centrifugal force generated by the ascending secondary air flow in the pre-classification chamber. The coarse powder falling from the bottom of the classifier is the coarse powder product after classification. The secondary air stream is then drawn in from below the pre-classification chamber and re-selects the remaining fine powder from the coarse powder. The remainder of the gas stream containing finer powder is brought into the final classification zone. The classifier outlet is equipped with a power classifier with 3 or more rotors for final powder selection. In this classification area, under the action of centrifugal force, fluid resistance and gravity, the powder larger than the beam collection point will be sent back to the pre-classification chamber; while the fine powder smaller than the beam collection point will be taken out of the classifier with the air flow. The fan takes out the fine powder in the air flow from the classifier, and collects the finished product through the pulse spray bag filter. Part of the air flow will be discharged from the system into the atmosphere to maintain the normal operation of the classification system above the dew point temperature, and the rest of the air will be recycled as the main air flow. The fine powder collected by the bag filter and the coarse powder in the pre-classification chamber are transported to the designated finished product barrel according to the product specifications through the pneumatic conveying system. The packaging machine is arranged under the finished barrel for bagging and transportation.
